Xcelerator Armature Conversion
- At this point I have made enough of these and have become efficient enough
to set a price. The price for this conversion is $35.00. Because
there is much more work involved in this conversion it takes me a little
longer to make them. Please allow me a little extra time with your
order. They do come out very nice and are worth the extra wait.
Take that useless junk Xcelerator armature you have sitting in a box
somewhere and let me turn it into a monster motor for your T-Jet or AFX.
New Copper Commutator Plates -
My new commutator plates are here and have exceeded my expectations.
These plates are much more sturdy than the originals and are very flat.
So flat that I am able to achieve a plate flatness of .001"
- .002".
The copper is precisely
centered on the plate resulting in accurate ignition firing.
Segment lines between the
copper pads reduced to .010" resulting in higher motor output.
The thickness of the copper
is increased which will result in longer commutator plate life.

Quad Lam Refurbishment
Service.
If you have a Super II (or Xcelerator) Quad Lam armature that you would like rewound you can send
it to me for refurbishment. I will rewind the armature with my special
double wind and include my new commutator plate.
