Super II Armature
Refurbishment Description:
If you have an original Aurora
(Super II) Quad-Lam Armature that no longer works, and you would like it
re-wound, you can send it to me for refurbishment. I will disassemble
the armature, rewind it , and
mount one of my new Commutator Plates on it.
I have a special 3.7-4.2 Double
Wind much like the original Aurora Super II wind.
I then advance the timing 5 degrees for a little more torque. This motor will go
through all of my machining and measuring processes and will be like new and
ready for you to mount.

Xcelerator Armature
Conversion Description:
If you have an original Aurora
(Xcelerator) Quad-Lam Armature that no longer works, and you would like it
converted to a Quad-Lam that will fit in a T-Jet or AFX chassis you can send
it to me for the conversion. I will disassemble
the armature, install a standard T-Jet/AFX steel shaft, rewind it , and
mount one of my new Commutator Plates on it.
I have a special 3.7-4.2 Double
Wind much like the original Aurora Super II wind.
I then advance the timing 5 degrees for a little more torque. This motor will go
through all of my machining and measuring processes and will be like new and
ready for you to mount. These motors are made to order.
Because of the increased amount of work to build these armatures the
delivery time is slightly longer.
